peopleCare’s strategic priorities are a reflection of our ongoing engagement with staff, residents, families, service providers and community partners over the past year, and the ways our organization is evolving in response to the changing health care environment.

Growth and Development – Make a significant contribution to meeting the needs of Ontario’s aging adults through well-built and diverse neighbourhoods, co-designed around our flexible campus of care model
Leadership and Innovation – Be a proving ground for resident safety, innovation and excellence, and a driver of positive health system change
